Create your account

Sencai’s platform application lives at app.sencai.space - that’s where you sign up, sign in, and do everything described in this guide. This documentation site itself does not require an account.

Sign up

Section titled “Sign up”
  1. Go to app.sencai.space/auth/register.
  2. Enter your first and last name, your email address, and choose a password (at least 10 characters).
  3. Submit the form. Sencai sends a verification link to your email address - you may be prompted to verify it before you can sign in for the first time.
  4. Sign in at app.sencai.space/auth/login.

If you sign up through Google or Microsoft instead (see Enterprise SSO below), that flow doesn’t collect your name - the first time you sign in you’ll land on a Complete your profile screen asking for your first and last name before you can continue. This can also happen, rarely, for an email/password account if your profile is somehow missing that information.

Every new organization you create starts with a full-featured 14-day trial - no credit card required, fair-use limits apply during the trial. When the trial ends you choose a plan to continue; your configuration and data are kept either way. See Billing & Plans for details.

If you were invited instead

If a teammate invited you to their organization, you received an email with a link to app.sencai.space/auth/accept-invite?token=... instead of going through sign-up on your own.

  1. Open the link. If you’re not signed in yet, you’ll be offered both Sign in and Create account - pick whichever applies to you. Either path carries the invitation link forward, so you land back on the same accept screen once you’re done.
  2. Once you’re signed in, Sencai accepts the invitation automatically using the link’s token - you don’t need to do anything else.
  3. If no account exists yet for the invited email address, you’re guided to register first. The invitation isn’t consumed by that detour: it completes automatically once you register and sign back in with the same link.
  4. On success you’re taken straight to your dashboard as a member of that organization.

An invitation only grants access once it’s actually accepted this way - see Organizations & teams for how invitations and membership work.

Sign in

Go to app.sencai.space/auth/login and sign in with your email and password.

Forgot your password?

Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page and enter your email address. If that address does have an account, you’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password. Sencai shows the same confirmation either way, so the screen can’t be used to check whether someone is a Sencai customer.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

You can enable TOTP-based two-factor authentication (compatible with any standard authenticator app) from User profile → Security (/gravity/userprofile) once you’re signed in - look for Two-factor authentication and choose to enable it. Once it’s on, every future sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app in addition to your password. We recommend turning it on, especially if your organization manages production cloud infrastructure. You can disable it again from the same screen, which itself requires a valid code to confirm.

Enterprise SSO

If your organization has configured Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace single sign-on, you can sign in using your corporate identity instead of a Sencai-specific password. Ask your organization’s administrator whether SSO is enabled and, if so, how to reach the SSO sign-in option - the exact entry point depends on how your organization has it configured.
