Personal plans

Alongside every organization’s own plan, your account has its own personal plan: Free, Plus, AI, or Unlimited. It’s billed to you, not to any organization, and it governs things scoped to you as an individual - never anything about how the organizations you’re a member of (but don’t own) behave.

Your personal plan controls:

  • How many organizations you may own. Free allows one; Plus, AI, and Unlimited allow progressively more, with Unlimited allowing you to own as many as you need. This is separate from - and usually smaller than - the member limit an organization’s own plan allows; it’s specifically about organizations where you are the owner.
  • Your AI capabilities: the AI and Unlimited tiers include AI-assisted remediation and AI code review, plus a personal LLM quota that powers those features.

This is different from an organization’s plan (see Organization plans), which governs the organization’s own users, cloud environments, and platform features - regardless of who owns it or what their personal plan is. Being a Member or Admin in someone else’s organization is entirely unaffected by your personal plan.

Free is the automatic fallback if you don’t choose a paid personal plan after your trial ends. See sencai.space/pricing for prices.

Go to your profile and choose Upgrade my plan, or go directly to /gravity/profile/checkout/upgrade. Pick a tier and you’re taken to a Stripe Checkout page to confirm payment - this is separate from, and does not touch, any organization’s own plan or checkout flow.

New accounts start with a 14-day trial with full Unlimited-tier access to your personal plan, independent of any organization’s own trial. If you don’t upgrade before it ends, your account converts automatically to the Free tier - you’re not cut off, and nothing is deleted, but your organization-ownership and AI limits drop to Free’s. If converting means you now own more organizations you own) than Free allows, the over-limit organizations get a grace period before anything changes for them - see Payment, invoices and failed payments for how grace periods work in general.

Sponsorship - one person paying for another’s plan

Section titled “Sponsorship - one person paying for another’s plan”

If you’re already on Plus, AI, or Unlimited, you can sponsor another person’s personal plan directly from your profile: you send them an invitation, they accept it, and from then on you’re billed for their plan instead of them. The sponsored user keeps their own organization and member quota under the plan you’re sponsoring them onto - sponsorship pays the bill, it doesn’t merge or share anyone’s limits.

The invited person accepts at /gravity/profile/sponsorship/accept (the link in their invitation email) - they need to already be logged in as themselves, since the invitation is tied to their account’s email address.

If a sponsorship is ever revoked (by either the sponsor or the sponsored user), the sponsored account isn’t cut off immediately - it gets a 7-day grace period on its current plan before reverting to Free. Nothing is deleted either way.
